摘要:结构分析(ca:construction analysis )是一种通过对元器件的结构进行一系列深入细致的分析来确定元器件的结构是否存在潜在的失效机制的方法。通过ca可以评估制造商的设计能力和工艺水平,也可以确认元器件的结构是否能够满足特定的应用环境要求。ca对应用于高可靠领域内的元器件的质量保证尤为重要。
abstract:construction analysis (ca) is a method to determine if the construction of device have the latent failure mechanism through a series of analysis. ca can evaluate the capability of design and the level of workmanship. in the other way ca can determine if the construction of device can meet the requirement of the particular usage environment. ca is very important for the device using in high relibility applications.
